Chartright Air Group Acquires Additional Hangar Space in YYZ

Toronto, Ontario, September 23, 2019 – Chartright Air Group, one of Canada’s leading providers of private business jet services, has today completed the acquisition of assets of MX Aerospace and FSS Flight Solutions & Services Inc., respectively providers of aircraft maintenance and hangar at Toronto’s Lester B. Pearson Airport. This acquisition provides Chartright Air Group control the majority of space and maintenance activity in Hangar 9, a 100,000 FT² facility capable of accommodating the largest of business jets.
